        Minmum requirement 最低要求

        a) Are the workers not being limited the access 8 time lasting to washing room or drinking water whileneeded?

        是否不限制工人依生理需求自由上洗手间或喝水的权利和时长?

        b)Are the workers having free will of declining overtime work and wthout getting punished?

        工人是否可以拒绝加班并不变惩罚?

        c) Are the workers having free will of leaving from workplace when work shitt ends or in case ofemergent situallon witnout getting punished?

        工人是否可以在下班后或常急情况下商开工作场所并不受罚?

        d) Are the workers guaranteed with the free right of staying in or leaving fram thel room or not dunng the oft.shift hours if applicable, especialy during the emergent situatlon?

        是语保证工人在下班时间，特别是在常急情况下，有自由进出自己会的权利?

        e) Are the workers guaranleed with the legal nght of treely resigning from work?

        工人自由辞职的合法权利是否得到保障?i)
